Now, this situation and podcast episode largely came from a situation that the host had in March 5th 2022, and it effected her psyche quite a bit and she wanted to share this situations with one, as sometimes one can face situations after a health and lifestyle change, which maybe unpleasant to one, and doesn't fill one with the greatest joys going forward.

Also, the host has split this episode down into many questions and she considers she has made it more easily understandable for one, who may have had certain situations after their health lifestyle change or if they are yet to experience their health situation, they may face this when they come through the other side of the health situation they will undertake, so the host wanted to give  some tips to look after ones psyche and how to live that fulfilling and more positive life going forward.
