Now, good afternoon, lovely people, today Saturday 4th December 2021, over forties health made a refreshing smoothie, and guess what everyone, it only has four ingredients to it, so if you would like the recipe, then feel free to take these following instructions down.
Ingredients to beetroot smoothie (Hannah's version)
Step one: Now, gather ingredients together and chop them up finely
One beetroot, chopped up
A quarter of a banana
8 grams of chocolate and orange spread (Jimjams) version, vegan spread
approximately 150ml of coconut milk or a milk of your choice (one cup and a little bit)
Step two: Next, combine all the ingredients together, in a blender and blend them up to a fine consistency
Step three: final step Hannah would say, pour into a glass or your choice, and taste, as well as enjoy your healthy smoothie.
